To estimate the final size and location of your design, it is useful to know that 19 pixels translate to approximately 1 inch (2.5 cm).
Due to the technical nature of how knitting works, some combinations of colors look different on screen compared to a real sample.
If possible, avoid using large areas of “Bleach” color (RGB 253,250,250) in your design, because it might look slightly darker if other colors used in design are darker, even if the darker colors are used only in specific areas. For example, here is what happens if the Bleach color is combined with darker colors.
The “bleed through” effect makes the Bleach color darker in the areas where Bleach is interwoven with other yarns, while trims are brighter because trims are made using only one yarn (in this case Bleach).
If possible, avoid using low contrast colors together if you want to make sure the final result will be clearly visible.
