After you prepared the file in the appropriate BMP format, confirm the format by running it through File Format Checker. See bottom of the page for instructions.

Here is what each field means:
Style the type of product: blanket, pillow case, sweater, etc
Size Category refers to the range of sizes for the style of product you have chosen. The three most common size categories for clothing are women's, men's, and unisex. Accessories like the scarf are only offered in one size, so in such cases just leave it on default.
Size refers to preset dimensions for each product. For example, Unisex clothing can have any size between 3XS through 3XL. Scarves and Beanies are available in only one size.
Automation type is only for special cases, so set it to “full_body”.
Artwork is where you upload your file. Click on the “Select file” button and upload your bmp file.

Assuming you prepared the file correctly, it will appear in the middle. On the left, a 3d simulation will be rendered, which you can rotate, zoom in or out and preview it using mouse controls.
On the left, you will see a report that might look like this, depending on the item type:
In case the file was not prepared correctly, the file format checker will show you possible causes of errors… if this happens, please prepare the file in the correct format and try reuploading it again. Note that the File Format Checker is very sensitive to even the slightest deviation from the rules. For example, if one of the colors in your file is RGB 8,9,9 instead of RGB 9,9,9 the format check will fail.
Note that the File Format Checker sometimes does not update results if they fail the first time, and you try to upload a new file with the same name. In such cases, please manually reload the whole page.
