Stitches for products of this kind use non square pixel ratio. Viewing such files outside of graphic editing programs might look inaccurate (the image might look distorted). When opening the psd templates of such a product, by default Photoshop will automatically detect it and offer to “optically correct” it. You can also do this manually by going to menu “View / Pixel Aspect Ratio Correction”.

The template for the pillow is divided in upper and lower half.The halves represent the two sides of the pillow.
The graphic on the back can be mirrored vertically by flipping on the horizontal axis to have the art facing the opposite way on the other side of the pillow. The graphic can also be rotated 180 degrees and the graphic will have the same orientation on both sides.
Mirror vertically:
Once put on a pillow, the graphic will flip to the opposite direction when turned around
Rotate 180 degrees
Once put on a pillow, the graphic will face the same direction when the pillow is turned around.
This is what it would look like if we just copied the graphics from one part to the other part:
The zipper area (which is on the bottom) is always facing down. So when we rotate the pillow, the graphic will look upside down on one of the sides if we simply copy it without adjusting it.
